PlayConnect+ Playgroups

These free, facilitated weekly playgroups are for children aged 0–8 with developmental concerns or disability, together with their families. Sessions operate in selected locations—Bunbury, Camillo, Dampier and surrounds, East Waikiki, Westminster and Whitfords/Hillarys—so submit an expression of interest and confirm the current venue before visiting.

Ngala Parenting Line

Parents and carers of children aged 0–18 can receive free telephone support about sleep, feeding, behaviour, development, parenting stress or finding another service. Dads, grandparents, foster carers and other family members are welcome, and no referral is needed. Call (08) 9368 9368 daily between 8 am and 8 pm, or request a callback online.

Triple P Parenting in Western Australia

Free online options include Triple P Online for parents of children under 12, Fear-Less Triple P Online for families of children aged 6 and over with anxiety problems, Triple P Online for Baby, and Family Transitions for separating or divorcing parents. Seminars may be available in various locations, while some other programs operate only in selected regions.

Community Child Health Program

Families can access free health and development checks from birth to school age, including five recommended child health appointments and a School Entry Health Assessment.
